We are currently seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team and play a pivotal role in supporting the recruitment efforts of the Anglian Water Alliances on behalf of Mott Macdonald Bentley (MMB). In this role, you will be responsible for attracting, selecting, and securing top talent to meet the diverse needs of our projects. By collaborating closely with the Anglian Water Alliances and our hiring managers, you will develop effective recruitment strategies, implement best practices, and ensure a seamless recruitment process from start to finish. The Role Of a Recruiter Includes Continuously explore innovative recruitment strategies and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in attracting and selecting talent. Source, attract, and engage qualified candidates through various channels. Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring teams, and external stakeholders. Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to the specific needs of our projects. Make data-driven decisions and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand project requirements and align recruitment efforts accordingly. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and documentation. What You’ll Need Previous experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably within the construction, engineering, or water sector. Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and talent acquisition tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels. Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a track record of meeting recruitment targets and deadlines. Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
