The Opportunity
Join us as a General Operative at our Barton Under Needwood factory, where youll be a key part of a dynamic, multi-skilled production team. Working on a 24/5 rotating 3 shift pattern, youll help produce high-quality concrete products in a collaborative and safety-focused environment. 1. Operate and maintain automated block-making equipment and mobile plant, ensuring optimal performance and safety compliance.
2. Support the shift supervisor in achieving productivity and quality targets, contributing to team success.
3. Diagnose and resolve production-related issues to minimise downtime and improve operational efficiency.
4. Uphold health, safety, and environmental standards, demonstrating a commitment to a zero-harm workplace.
