at Pan Pacific London.

JOB SUMMARY
The Wellbeing Manager ensures that the
highest standards of customer care and facilities management are followed,
reporting to the Director of Wellbeing to ensure the highest possible guest
satisfaction and the efficiency of the facility's operation. to create a well-being
experience which exceeds guests' expectations.
It is
the Wellbeing Manager's responsibility to ensure the Wellbeing Department
operates effectively and efficiently for the best possible guest and staff
experience whilst achieving the department's business goals.
Your tasks
as a Wellbeing Manager will include but not be limited to:

Overseeing the
upkeep and operation of the hotel's wellbeing facilities, including reporting
and escalating maintenance or cleanliness issues where required,
and maintaining safety practices.

Demonstrating
motivation, energy, and attention to detail in all tasks
·
Working and
supporting the Director of Wellbeing with commercial, and strategy planning,
managing P&L and implementing quality controls.

Ensuring the
satisfaction management of our guests, residents and member
·
Commercial and
Strategy Activation
·
Managing and
exhibiting our Forbes standard
·
Health and Safely
and Sustainability Representative
