The Strategy Manager will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our strategic initiatives as we shift to a product-led operating model. This role requires a deep understanding of both sales and product management, as well as the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organisational change. Role Responsibilities Strategic Planning and Execution Contribute to the development of overall strategy for the business and coordinate strategic planning and review Implement strategic plans to support the transition to a product-led operating model Communicate strategic plans and progress to senior leadership and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in Conduct market research, identify and monitor industry trends and competitive analysis Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to measure the success of strategic initiatives Performance Reporting and Communication Lead regular performance reporting and communications, including customer journey and commercial performance Prepare materials for board-level reporting and external communications Cross-functional Collaboration Collaborate with product, sales, marketing, and engineering teams to align strategies and ensure cohesive execution Develop close working relationships with key business functions to bring together data and insight Team Leadership Lead and mentor a team of strategy analysts and interns, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
