Commercial Parts Assistant
Role:
* Delivery, ordering, stock rotation and stock take of commercial auto parts
* Update company system with data on stock, orders and booking of workshop parts
* Warranty returns, old unit stock returns and returning of supplier packaging
* Invoicing
To be based out of a commercial dealership in Sutton In Ashfield, Nottinghamshire.
Rota:
* Monday to Friday 07:30-16:30 & 09:00-18:00
* 1:2 Saturday mornings 08:00-12:00
Package:
Circa £26,600 to £28,500 depending on experience
Candidate:
* Must be able to deal with customer enquiries face to face, over the phone and via email (mandatory)
* Needs to be organised, have a keen eye for detail and ability to build relationships (mandatory)
* Will have proven steady employment history with evidence such as references (mandatory)
* Can drive, max 6 points on licence and access to a reliable vehicle (mandatory)
* Should be presentable, professional and have excellent customer service skills (mandatory)
* Shall work well as part of a team and on own initiative (mandatory)
* Ought to be computer literate to utilise dealership systems and all MS Office applications (mandatory)
* May have worked in a parts department for an auto or plant dealership (desirable)
* Would have previous experience in an automotive, engineering or plant environment (desirable)
* Could be from a mechanical background and have history working in an administrative capacity with Workshop Managers, VMU Managers, garage owners, Foreman, Technicians and Mechanics etc (desirable)
* May have worked in retail for Euro Car Parts, Halfords, Kwik Fit etc (desirable)
* Might be well-versed in dealership systems and IT literate (desirable)
