Royal High School Bath is seeking a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to play a complementary and supporting role to pupils with SEND.
To be successful in this role you will collaborate with the subject teachers and SENDCo to ensure that all students are appropriately supported in all areas of their learning: academic, practical, behavioural or social. The successful candidate will support individual students whose Learning Support Plans indicate they would benefit from additional support in timetabled lessons and will adapt and implement intervention strategies for individuals or identified groups of students as directed by the SENDCO.
Additionally, you may need to take part in trips and educational visits when required, working with subject teachers and other accompanying staff to ensure the provision appropriate to support students’ learning in these environments.
You will also demonstrate GDST values and high standards of professional conduct at all times.
