SEO Manager
To support continued growth, we are looking for an SEO Manager to join our team.
Location: Chesterfield, Manchester or Birmingham
Job type: Full time, permanent. 35 hours per week
Salary: £35-42k (depending on experience)
Working model: In-office / Hybrid – remote

About the Role
The successful candidate will be able to hit the ground running managing & delivering SEO strategy for our existing clients. You will become an integral part of our digital marketing team, working on a variety of exciting client accounts, with lots of opportunities for progression as part of our Digital Marketing growth plan.

* CNS have a well established digital marketing team. The SEO Manager role will take the lead in all things SEO and help shape the future of SEO at CNS.
* We need a dedicated expert to lead our clients’ SEO strategies, grow their organic presence and provide regular client communications.
* Understanding how SEO can complement other media & digital marketing activity is important.

What does success look like?
* Using analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities for client SEO strategy.
* Creating research to inform new business proposals and supporting the sales team.
* Reporting on SEO strategy performance to clients and at times, senior team members.
* Prioritising own workload.
* Conducting competitor research.
* Creating client reassurance and building strong relationships.
* Keeping clients informed of campaign performance and opportunities.
* Being an expert across the ever-changing SEO landscape.
The ideal candidate will have…
* At least 4+ years of relevant experience.
* Strong work ethic, a passion for digital marketing and continuous self-learning.
* Agency experience is desirable, but not essential.
