Oversee learner admissions, enrichment, and engagement, delivering outstanding services that support student retention and success. Lead on Careers, Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG), ensuring compliance with Gatsby Standards and fostering positive learner progression. Develop and implement a Learner Services Charter and Excellence Framework, enhancing the learner experience at every stage. Manage front-of-house and call center services, ensuring visitors and callers receive prompt, informed, and welcoming support. Collaborate with curriculum leaders and the Marketing Team to enhance enrolment, alumni engagement, and learner support initiatives. Drive innovation by incorporating technology to improve communication and engagement with learners. Recruit, manage, and inspire the Learner Services team, fostering a high-performance culture through training and development. Handle learner feedback, complaints, and compliments, ensuring continuous improvement and satisfaction.
