We are looking for a skilled and friendly Temporary Reception Administrator to join our team in Pimlico, London.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Being the first point of contact for visitors, the team, and delivery staff, extending a warm welcome to all.
2. Efficiently managing phone calls, transferring them to relevant staff, and taking messages when required.
3. Following safeguarding procedures.
4. Keeping the reception area tidy and updated with current literature and forms.
5. Receiving and signing for packages and deliveries.
6. Assisting the Office Manager with various administrative tasks like collating registers, maintaining records, and managing resources.
What we're looking for:
To excel in this role, you should be organised, a great multitasker, and have a "can-do" approach to work. No two days will be the same, so adaptability and flexibility are key. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be proficient in using office software and systems.
Working hours: This is a full-time temporary position, with an hourly rate of £14.
