Commercial Community Manager, Reuters Events This position will be based in London with hybrid working available. As C ommercial Community Manager for Reuters NEXT, you'll be key to shaping and delivering both the product and commercial strategies for Reuters' live journalism franchise. Working on both the production of the Reuters NEXT global events as well as the development of innovative new products within the Reuters NEXT portfolio, you'll pitch and establish new commercial offerings, develop an execute their launches against our commercial value propositions and will manage relationships with key stakeholders and accounts. This is a great role for someone with a strong commercial acumen, that wants to create initiatives that galvanise an audience of C-level executives and serve an audience with the trusted insights that will allow them to make great decisions. About the Role As Commercial Community Manager for Reuters Next, you will: Oversee and execute the commercial product curation for Reuters NEXT flagship series of events. Work with a team of event producers to deliver world class events, including CEO speaker acquisition, audience recruitment and event engagement. Lead on all partner activations for Reuters NEXT, in partnership with sales and account management teams. Lead production of NEXT digital content to deliver commercial outcome Develop and execute a membership and/or community based audience model for Reuters NEXT. Manage and grow products that serve a senior business community that engage with the Reuters NEXT franchise, year round. About You You're a fit for the role of Commercial Community Manager, Reuters Next if you have: A keen eye for innovation and developing commercial products. You might have gained this through a career in the events industry, through managing membership-based or subscription-led offerings, or by launching new products that have the power to resonate with audiences in a similar, content-led environment. Excellent research skills and an ability to effectively translate this into commercial product offerings. An awareness of and interest in current affairs and an ability to spot commercial opportunities. Experience engaging with and nurturing a community of senior leadership executives. A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work closely with a variety of teams within Reuters, and partner with our sales teams effectively to drive high-value deals. An entrepreneurial flair, with the ability to adapt to working in unstructured and untested environments.
