Rosemount Independent Financial Advisers are a long established and stable financial advisory practice based in Gidea Park.
The role will be to provide strong administrative support to our Financial Advisers.
Role Summary:
* Preparing paperwork for client meetings, business submission and the processing of new business for pension and investment plans.
* Producing client portfolio reviews.
* New Business Illustrations.
* Trading on provider platforms.
* Routine administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying and collating information.
* Liaising with product providers and other third parties to obtain information on clients’ existing arrangements.
* Inputting and maintaining client information on XPLAN
* Other tasks as allocated by management.
Qualifications/Experience Required:
* Experience/knowledge of life, pension & Investment plans
* Excellent communication skills both written and oral
* Good attention to detail.
* Excellent proactive attitude towards work.
* Ability to use initiative and work independently as well as part of a team.
* Ability to plan workloads and manage conflicting demands and deadlines, with a keen and flexible attitude and the ability to work well under pressure.
* Highly organised with a good attention to detail.
* Previous experience working in a Financial Planning administrative role is essential, minimum 2 years.
* Microsoft Office Skills.
* Certificate in Financial Planning or equivalent
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £30,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
