Programme Administrator
Birmingham, West Midlands (with hybrid working)
We are looking for a Programme Administrator to provide quality administrative support to the Digital, IT and Facilities team. You will be a highly organised individual with the ability to multi-task and manage your own workload whilst working to deadlines.

Your Role
As a Programme Administrator, you will organise meeting invites, take notes, minutes and actions from programme and project meetings.
Your role will also involve:
- Proactively manage the calendars of the IT and Digital Leadership Team.
- Keeping programme and project records up to date, such as reporting templates, action and decision logs.
- Ensuring internal reporting deadlines are met by the programme.
- Co-ordinating communications across the team, such as email updates, yammer posts.
- Setting up programme or project workshops or meetings, including room bookings and managing external visitors.
- Co-ordinating recruitment campaigns.
- Co-ordinating the production of papers and internal documents to be presented at various forums across the organisation.
This is a hybrid role, therefore there will be a requirement to attend our Birmingham Office.
About You
- Excellent people skills with an ability to work with a range of stakeholders.
- Demonstrable relationship building skills with strong written and verbal communications skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks efficiently and manage time to meet deadlines and activities effectively. Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Experience of co-ordinating programme activity and meetings, including booking rooms, equipment and attendees.
- Experience of keeping programme and project documentation up to date.
- Proven experience of using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint to an intermediate level.
- Experience of processing and handling confidential and sensitive information.
