Sales Administrator / Spares Coordinator - Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. £23-25k depending on experience + benefits

A small collaborative company, a market leader in their industry is seeking seeking a Spares Coordinator to join their friendly and supportive team.
This role is a mixture of customer services, administration and sales order processing. Handling around 6-10 inbound calls per day, email and website enquiries you will be assisting customers with spare parts.
As the spares coordinator / sales administrator you will
* Become a product expert: You will use your excellent attention to detail to understand our technical specifications and identify the correct parts for our customers' needs.
* Be a customer service champion: You will handle incoming customer enquiries, confidently resolving queries and building strong relationships.
* Be a master of logistics: You will manage the end-to-end order process, from providing quotes to chasing deliveries and ensuring timely dispatch.
* Be a team collaborator: You will work closely with the warehouse team to guarantee smooth operations and happy customers.
