Call Conor O ’ Hagan for more details We are recruiting a Purchasing Coordinator for a prominent global food manufacturer based in Craigavon. This role will be located at the Craigavon site and requires providing comprehensive support to the Purchasing function. Responsibilities: Provide first-line support to Site Purchase Requisitioners. Administer the SAP materials management module. Assist in the preparation and consolidation of local contracts and agreements. Develop and manage regular reports. Coordinate internet auctions for product and service procurement. Maintain and support Catalogue Purchasing for consumables, identifying opportunities to expand this activity. Requirements: Experience with ERP system for eg. SAP and Business Intelligence (BI) reporting. A degree in purchasing or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Understanding of purchasing processes and techniques. Strong numeracy, analytical, and IT skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
