Job summary We are excited to recruit to the post of Safeguarding Care Coordinator to work within our Primary Care Network - PCN - to support outstanding safeguarding governance and working relationships with partner organisations across the East PCN. The post holder will be required to work across practices in the PCN and the community supporting patients. There may be a need to work remotely depending on the requirements of the role.
