Who you are: The Administrative & Office Support Coordinator handles important organizational and clerical support tasks while acting as a point of contact for employees and vendors. What you'll do: This position ensures that all daily procedures run smoothly. How you'll make an impact: Greet and assist visitors upon arrival to the office. Ensure the reception area is clean, welcoming and presentable. Ensure all visitors utilize sign-in security software correctly. Provide visitor and temporary passes and maintain security log. File, sort and distribute mail and packages. Maintain adequate inventory of office supplies and order as required. Responsible for outgoing mail, shipping and receiving.
