For this role you will be working in the North Wales area as a child support worker. You will be required to support people with a diverse range of needs, including learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries and mental health needs. As a support worker you will find yourself working in a variety of settings, including peoples own homes, in health and social care settings such as supported living services or care homes, and out in the community. Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Looking after and taking care of vulnerable difficult children, with different types of mental health issues. Assisting with the completion of care plans, risk assessments, reviews, incident & accidents reporting. Providing physical and emotional support which may include helping with household tasks and personal care. Contribute to the effective implementation of individual programmes by supporting learning, independence and experiences.
