* Follow statutory guidelines, including the School Teachers' Pay and Conditions Document and Teacher Standards.
* Actively promote and safeguard the welfare of all children and young people, prioritizing their well-being.
What We're Looking For: To thrive in this role, you'll need:
* A Level 6 qualification or equivalent.
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* A proactive approach and eagerness to participate in training for continuous development.
* Experience working with children in educational settings.
* Proven ability to support SEN students in mainstream classrooms.
