To receive / respond to telephone and mail enquiries and queries from customers relating to collections and queries. Complete general administration duties to ensure compliance. Take effective notes/minutes of meetings. Deal efficiently with any customer requests. Deal proficiently with any queries to find a suitable resolution. General data input. What are we looking for? GCSE qualifications, minimum GCSE Maths and English or equivalent. Good keyboard ability to use Google Docs, Sheets and various web based applications. Flexible attitude with a positive approach to work. An effective team member with good communication skills.
