Job Description
* Process invoices accurately and timely.
* Perform monthly reconciliations.
* Maintain vendor files and update the accounts payable system.
* Resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.
* Coordinate with procurement and logistics departments.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
* Assist in month end closing activities.
* Support other finance-related tasks as needed.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Payable Clerk should have:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
* Proven experience in an Accounts Payable role within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
* Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
