Duties Processing invoices with accuracy; Resolving invoice queries; Maintaining accurate ledger records; Reconciling supplier statements; Credit control Data extraction and analysis including debtor and creditor reporting.
Monitoring finance emails and telephone calls.
Ad hoc duties to assist the Asset Management team; Qualifications/Criteria: ATI Qualification desirable but not essential Experience of working in Property/Asset Management Accounting function desirable but not essential At least 3 years experience of working in an accounts function within a busy office environment; Experience using an accounting system Must have excellent IT skills; including proficiency in MS Office namely Excel Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and accuracy skills and attention to detail; Strong focus on working to strict deadlines, and capable of time management; Capable of working independently and as part of a team, multitasking and prioritizing where necessary.
