Directing a team of experienced planning officers through a journey of deliverable targets with a high performance thrust objective of customer satisfaction. You will have strong people skills, being able to establish and maintain positive working relationships with officers, customers, and partners to ensure targets are met whilst supporting your team members to be the best they can be.
