Role Purpose: As the Vaccine Tenders and Digital Experience Manager you will be responsible for managing the supply and delivery of vaccines procured centrally by UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA). You will also be responsible for managing GSK’s Paediatric, Travel Health and Flu web-digital presence and leading customer engagement strategy through targeted digital campaigns in line with brand strategy. Discover more about our company wide benefits and life at GSK on our webpage Life at GSK | GSK Key Responsibilities: Ensure a consistent and reliable supply to UKHSA by leading the supply process and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including regulatory, medical, supply chain, and quality teams. Lead communication of delivery plan and manage any potential risks or business disruptions, ensuring timely and effective communication of these risks to internal and external stakeholders and the development of plans to restrict any adverse impact. Develop digital engagement plans for web and email channels to drive brand awareness and increase website traffic in line with the brand marketing strategy: 1) Orchestrate and optimise data-driven customer experience journeys. 2) Customise, localise, and personalize global brand content to maximise engagement. 3) Collaborate with GSK internal and external agencies for agile content creation. 4) Provide expertise on design and performance optimization of content. 5) Support the cross-functional matrix team in content approval processes. 6) Optimise content usage using dashboards to inform data-driven improvements. Support the tenders process for Vaccines; leading on the preparation of tender documentation and collation of technical information required for high quality and compelling submissions. Manage provision of patient information for Paediatric, Travel and Flu portfolio, including maintaining the Member of Public pages on GSK Pro, our web portal for provision of information about our medicines and vaccines. Basic qualifications and experience: Digital marketing experience, ideally in pharmaceutical industry, Understanding and experience of working with ABPI Code of Practice to create promotional and non-promotional content. Excellent organisation skills with attention to detail Strong Project Management Good analytical and numerical skills with ability to analyse and assimilate data. Effective Interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills Works effectively & efficiently in cross-functional teams. Customer focused & champion of customer needs.
