An established M&E contractor with a 45+ year track record is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join their team for a multi-million MEP design and build project in the Goodwood area. This role will involve overseeing the electrical package on a major manufacturing facility extension, working closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to deliver high-value outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Attend project start-up and coordination meetings.
Become fully familiar with project specifications and client expectations.
Collate and manage technical submittals and ensure timely approvals.
Raise and manage RFIs (Requests for Information).
Oversee the labour tracker and workforce scheduling.
Maintain and report weekly progress, managing variations and change control.
Liaise with main contractors and on-site client teams to ensure alignment.
Coordinate delivery and installation of all plant and electrical equipment.
Ensure material availability to maintain installation progress.
Manage construction and commissioning programmes, including implementation of the site commissioning plan.
Create and maintain project snag lists and continuous improvement logs.
Oversee project handover processes and documentation systems.
Coordinate subcontractor activities and ensure timely delivery.
Attend site meetings and manage actions through to completion.
Report and implement any innovative solutions or project-specific advancements to senior management.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in an Electrical Project Manager role, ideally with a background in manufacturing or industrial environments.
Demonstrable track record of delivering multi-million-pound electrical packages.
Experience managing large-scale MEP design and build projects.
Strong leadership and coordination skills.
A relevant qualification in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or Project Management is preferred.
Ability to manage and motivate subcontractor teams.
