Teacher of Maths - Luton

Our client secondary school, based in Luton requires a Teacher of Maths to join the thriving Mathematics department from January 2025. You will be joining a team of creative, supportive and dynamic staff to teach Key Stages 3, 4, and 5. The department is already established but needs an additional member of staff to support them. The school is a mixed 11-18 comprehensive located in Luton and offers a strong educational provision as well as a wide-range of extra curricular activities to suit the needs of all students.
The school is focused on providing an inclusive education for all children and ensuring that every child has access to the same opportunities.
What you’ll need to succeed:
Be a qualified teacher of Maths who is able to deliver to KS3 & KS4
Be passionate about teaching and learning and have a positive outlook and excellent interpersonal skills
Good or Outstanding classroom practice with high expectations for achievements and behaviour
Be able to plan and deliver a creative and stimulating curriculum
High expectations for yourself and the students ensure that all of our students achieve their very best
You will be dedicated to ensure that all children achieve their very best
An aspiring leader of learning and happy to grasp exciting CPD opportunities
Contribute to the values, ethos and the development of our schools

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
