New Road Surgery are looking for a full or part-time Medical Administrator to join our friendly, dedicated team.

The successful candidate will be personable with excellent IT and organisational skills and the ability to work as part of a busy team to provide excellent patient service.
About us
We are a friendly, patient centred, training practice led by four doctors in partnership, serving nearly 14,000 patients in Croxley Green, Sarratt and the surrounding area.
Job responsibilities
To be responsible for undertaking a wide range of administrative duties and the provision of administrative support to the practice team, processing referrals and other administrative queries to provide excellent patient care.
Duties can include, but are not limited to, the processing of information in a timely manner, including the use of the electronic referral service (ERS), liaising with multidisciplinary team members and external agencies such as secondary care and community service providers in accordance with current policies.
Person Specification
Experience
* Previous experience as a medical administrator or similar in an NHS health care setting is desirable but not essential. Full training will be given.
