Reporting to the Contracts Manager the Multi Skilled Plumberwill be responsible for undertaking various planned and reactive tasks, fromcomplex repairs to the resolution of minor plumbing issues. Due to the nature of the sites you will berequired to work DBS checks and security vetting for this position areessential.

·Work as part of the Graham FM Team withresponsibility for the completion of reactive and remedial repairs as directedby the Graham Helpdesk to either, plumbing installations, heatinginstallations, ventilation systems etc. or any required minor building fabricrepairs dependent on relevant experience.
·Provide exceptional maintenance servicesto our high profile Clients and go the extra mile to deliver to the highestquality standards in all areas of your performance.
·Use your own initiative to solvecomplicated technical problems associated with reactive maintenance activities,including sourcing parts & materials and seeking manufacturer technicalsupport.
·Provide detailed write-ups of workscarried out to ensure our client is kept up to date at all times.
·Carry out all works within agreedtimescales and to the highest standards, ensuring that you comply with currentregulations and contract specifications.
·Reporting and recording procedures,including operation and maintenance logs and control measures to minimiserisks.
·Utilise PDAs or electronic devices tocomplete works.
·Liaise closely with our control hub toensure efficient response to all works either working on your own or as part ofa team.
·Observe the highest levels of health andsafety at all times, including carrying out point of work risk assessments forevery task to ensure the best possible working practices are adhered to.
·Deal with a variety of Clients on adaily basis. You will represent the Company and be courteous and professionalin your dealings with them at all times.
·Provide regular out-of-hours cover on arota system.
