Role: Summer Intern - Quantity Surveyor
Location : Yorkshire & East Midlands
Salary: £25,000 per annum (pro rata for the duration of the Summer Internship)

Your new role
About the role:
Put your academic knowledge into practice and get work-ready before you graduate. With a placement suited to your area of interest, over 12 weeks you can dive right into some of our business challenges, collaborate on projects and learn from industry experts. As a Summer Intern - Quantity Surveyor, you’ll be responsible for:
1. Preparing bills of quantities and schedules of works for pricing.
2. Preparing and sending out of Sub-contract enquires.
3. Subcontract comparison and preparation of subcontract agreements.
4. Attending, contributing to and taking minutes of meetings as required.
5. Preparing Valuations with Client’s, agreeing amounts for payment and ensuring invoices are prepared and issued.
6. Re-measuring work using site measurement and measurement from drawings.
