The role
Reporting to the Head of Finance, we are seeking a high-performing, innovative and results-oriented Accounts Payable Assistant to join our international team. You will be responsible for the accounts payable function for assigned UK entity.
Key responsibilities
1. Process large volumes of supplier invoices in a multi-currency environment.
2. Work closely with suppliers, internal departments, and the wider finance team to resolve invoice, account, and payment queries promptly.
3. Perform monthly supplier account reconciliations.
4. Daily bank reconciliation.
5. Manage mailbox by monitoring & responding to emails promptly.
6. Meet month end deadlines.
7. Manage Ekco expense portal Navan & provide support to employees when needed.
8. Support audit-related activities as required.
9. Perform other ad-hoc duties as directed by the Head of Finance.
Key Requirements
1. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
2. Experience with NetSuite & Navan is highly advantageous.
3. Accurate and efficient data entry skills for inputting invoice and payment details into accounting systems.
4. Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6. Strong Excel skills are essential, including working with large data sets.
7. Fluent in English.
