I have a fantastic Regional Business Manager job working for a MedTech company involved in Wound Care covering the West region.
The territory stretches from Liverpool down to Gloucester. West Midlands would be a good base.
The role?
Support and focus direct & indirect reports to execute the company strategy at a local level.
Deliver and exceed the regional sales number and market access target (new wins).
Achieve the KPI’s and create a high performance environment by motivating the team through development plans.
Coaching and providing constructive feedback.
Job Purpose:
Work in partnership with all key stakeholders to identify new business opportunities, develop best practice, and build a clear shared vision.
Create, foster and drive a culture of high performance within the Regional team.
Take personal responsibility for maintaining the highest ethical standards and complying with all industry codes of conduct (SDMA/LSI).
Key Opinion Leader (KOL) identification and development.
