Requirements:
- - We require a degree in IT, Computer Science, or relevant experience.
- You should have experience in technical support, IT helpdesk, or a similar role.
- A strong knowledge of Windows Server and Desktop OS, troubleshooting, and system setup is essential.
- A good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and network infrastructure is necessary.
- We are looking for someone with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Microsoft or CompTIA certifications are desirable.
Responsibilities:
- - As a Technical Services Engineer, you will provide technical assistance for software, hardware, and general ICT issues, ensuring staff receive prompt and effective support.
- Help document ICT processes to align with our Integrated Management System (IMS) and improve efficiency.
- Act as the first point of contact for external providers, managing system issues, and raising support tickets as needed.
- You will maintain and improve the system and reporting capabilities.
- Oversee cloud platforms, hardware lifecycle, and managed services to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Monitor third-party support costs to ensure they stay within budget.
- Assist with ICT projects, including system development, testing, rollouts, and ongoing improvements.
- Support departments in maximising the use of Microsoft 365 tools, including Power Automate and Power Apps.
