This role is focused on providing expert legal support relating to employee incentive schemes, primarily for start-ups and high growth companies. The role will suit a dynamic Legal Counsel with strong experience in employee benefits and incentives, including EMI schemes, non-taxed advantaged share schemes, growth shares and similar structures.
A background in private practice within an employee incentives, tax, or corporate team is preferred.
This role will provide remote, on demand support to a great legal team and interesting clients. Initially a 3-month role, there is scope to extend. An immediate start is required.
