Are you a natural communicator with a passion for building relationships and driving business growth?
We’re looking for a Business Development Co-Ordinator to join our team! This is your chance to play a key role in generating new business opportunities, booking high-value meetings, and making an impact in a dynamic, growing company.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Identifying and reaching out to potential clients through warm and cold calls
2. Booking meetings and CPDs for the external sales team
3. Nurturing relationships and following up on leads to drive sales
4. Managing and updating the CRM with key client information
5. Researching industry trends and spotting new opportunities
6. Representing the company at networking events and exhibitions
What we’re looking for:
1. Proven experience in a sales or telesales environment
2. Confident in cold calling and relationship management
3. Strong communication and negotiation skills
4. Self-motivated, organised, and results-driven
5. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced setting
