Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Spa Supervisor to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment that exceeds our guests’ expectations.
Main Responsibilities
* Lead the spa team in creating outstanding experiences for our guests
* Provide consistent high standards of customer service, ensuring every guest feels valued and cared for
* Manage the spa department, overseeing daily operations and ensuring seamless delivery of services
* Deal with membership enquiries, show rounds, and other customer-related tasks
* Ensure the spa and leisure environment is safe and clean, protecting our employees and guests
* Address complaints promptly and efficiently, providing a resolution that meets our high standards
* Assist with check-ins for spa days and overnight breaks, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience for our guests
* Maintain positive employee relations, fostering open communication and a collaborative team environment
* Provide regular performance management support to operational staff, helping them grow and develop in their roles
Requirements
* Minimum two years’ experience in a similar position in a four or five-star establishment
* Proven experience in customer care, delivering 5-star standards consistently
* Good computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
* Ideal qualifications include First Aid and Emergency Responder certification, as well as Pool Plant training
