Contract Manager Required
This position will see you working with a very large and reputable client within the Facilities Management Sector. My client is one of the leading names in the sector and can offer stability, security, and progression, allowing you to adapt your career as you see fit.
The Contract Manager Role:
* Assist the Account Directors with the running of daily activities on the contract.
* Liaise with the client, ensuring they are satisfied with their requirements, including overcoming objections and problem-solving.
* Manage the budgets for all aspects of the contract.
* Oversee the onboarding of new staff and manage the recruitment process.
* Plan and organize daily activities for the PMs to liaise down the chain to site teams, ensuring steady progression of projects.
* Participate in business strategy meetings and bring new prospective ideas to improve processes.
Requirements of the Contract Manager:
* Proven experience managing contracts.
* Knowledge of P&L.
* Experience successfully running large teams.
* Strong problem-solving skills.
* A background in engineering (M&E is desirable).
* Previous experience in Facilities Management Hard Services.
* Full UK Driver's license.
