As a Business Administration Apprentice on our award winning scheme you will gain experience in our Customer Service teams dealing with internal and external customers, developing your business administration and communication skills and gaining commercial insight.

What you'll do
1. Develop key skills and competencies whilst undertaking placements in various departments within the Commercial teams.
2. Achieving high standards in all coursework.
3. Working with the team to develop competencies in our systems and processes, gaining a comprehensive understanding of all quality and departmental procedures.
4. To work on a range of projects making improvements for the business & our customers.
5. Communicating with external customers to develop knowledge of the company.
6. Join internal & customer meetings to gain an awareness of business functions and the UK customer base.
What we're looking for
7. For all our apprenticeships, we are looking for self-motivated learners with excellent interpersonal skills as you will be working with a range of departments. You will also need the following:
8. Good standard of education, minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade 4 or above including Maths and English.
9. Must be competent in the use of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
10. Must be well organised, efficient, personable and have a good, confident telephone manner.
