We may have just the role for you The Role As a Support Worker at CCP, you will provide vital support to young people living in our supported accommodation in Gloucestershire. This is a full-time position working 12 hour shifts, in our Accommodation Based Services team. What You'll Do You'll provide practical and emotional support to individuals living in Gloucester, helping to promote a greater level of independence. You'll do this in a trauma-informed way (you will be thoroughly trained) and by building strong relationships with the individuals you support. You'll need to promote the rights and interests of the young people. You'll need to protect them from danger, harm, or abuse.
