Doubletree by Hilton is seeking a dynamic and results driven Business Development Manager MICE to join our team.
This is a highly proactive role reporting to the Director of Sales that requires passion for the hotel industry. Responsible for growing new and lapsed Meetings and Events business through Agents and Direct Corporate Clients. You will have a background in meetings and events sales in either a venue or agency. We are looking for a proven history in identifying prospects, unearthing leads, building relationships, and winning new business. You will love presenting and have an excellent communication style with clients and stakeholders at all levels. Ability to conduct site visits showcasing the venue, how the space can be used in new and exciting ways and securing profitable bookings against Budget. Networkingand attending industry awards /events to build relationships and bring awareness of the venue. You will have a history for driving growth and success in previous roles and have built key relationships with Clients and Agents to show case our venue.
