Supporting Young Minds in Gloucester and Cheltenham
The Role
We are seeking SEN Learning Mentors/Teaching Assistants to provide support to pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a range of mainstream schools across Gloucester and Cheltenham. These schools vary in size, from larger institutions based in the city centre to smaller settings in surrounding villages.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing individualized support to students with SEN
* Collaborating with teaching staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans
* Maintaining accurate records and reporting progress to parents and carers
Requirements:
* Experience working with students with SEN
* Qualifications in teaching or related field (desirable)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
