Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Mobiess Sales Development Representative (B2B SDR) will be responsible for generating new leads and opportunities through outbound prospecting efforts for assigned target markets and sectors.
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (B2B SDR) to join our dynamic sales team, focusing on lead qualification for our innovative mobile inspection app. This individual will be expected to conduct a high volume of calls and emails per day to identify and qualify potential customers. They will work closely with the sales team to schedule appointments and demonstrations with qualified prospects and manage all leads and opportunities in the company's CRM system. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a proven track record of success in a sales or lead generation role, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

As a B2B Sales Development Representative with Bellrock, you’ll do it by…
1. Lead Generation and Qualification: Proactively source, identify, and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach within the Bellrock group.
2. Initial Outreach: Make the first contact with potential clients, introducing them to the benefits and features of our mobile inspection app.
3. Appointment Setting: Efficiently manage and follow up on leads to set up meetings or demos for the sales team.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation and qualification strategies.
5. CRM Management: Diligently track and manage lead information, activities, and communications in the company's CRM system.
What does it take?
1. At least 1-2 years of experience in sales or lead generation, preferably in a B2B technology or software environment.
2. Excellent communication skills, including active listening and clear and concise verbal and written communication.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
4. Strong time management and organization skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
5. A self-starter with a positive attitude and a hunger to learn and grow in a sales career.
6. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools, and the ability to quickly learn new software.
7. Self-motivated with a relentless drive to succeed and achieve sales targets.
8. Knowledge of or experience in industries that require regular inspections (e.g., construction, manufacturing, facility management) is a plus.
