Job title: IT Manager Location: Lakenheath, UK Travel: N/A Duties : The applicant shall provide hardware and software system administration on all government computers, servers, fax machines, satellite receivers, switches, routers, printers, Smartboards, Projectors and other peripherals critical to proper function of base education center technology systems. The applicant shall provide maintenance on education center web page. Update links, build pages, link appropriate documents and databases. The applicant shall implement any new systems (software/hardware) as required. The applicant shall provide all networking architecture recommendations and networking support to improve the network as directed. The applicant shall establish procedures for safeguarding all critical data. The applicant shall assist director in research and purchase of all information systems and components required to improve existing structure. The applicant shall assist office personnel in resolution of computer-related problems. Qualification : The applicant shall have current information assurance certification.
