Due to impressive growth, they are now looking for a talented National Account Manager to drive the performance of a portfolio of healthcare brands within Boots.
Role
As a National Account Manager, you will take ownership of a portfolio of well-established healthcare brands within Boots. Reporting to the Account Controller, you will work closely with the wider commercial team to develop and execute growth strategies that align with brand objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and implementing joint business plans to strengthen customer relationships and drive sales
* Creating and executing promotional plans to maximise brand visibility and market share
* Managing forecasting, sales reporting, and budget control
* Monitoring performance, identifying opportunities, and delivering against key sales targets
This role offers the perfect balance of strategic influence and hands-on account management, giving you the autonomy to make a real impact while benefiting from strong leadership support.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will be a driven and commercially astute professional with a proven track record of growing and developing business within either Boots or Superdrug. Experience in branded healthcare, health & beauty, or adjacent FMCG categories is highly desirable. Strong relationship-building skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to influence stakeholders are essential.
Location & Flexibility
This role offers fantastic flexibility, with a home-based setup. There will be some travel to key customers and a monthly visit to the company’s South East head office, ensuring a great balance between autonomy and customer / head office interaction.
