Ensure all hot food products meet our quality criteria and are prepared within designated timeframes. Assist in training team members to enhance their culinary skills and product knowledge, ensuring the consistency of quality across all hot food offerings. Maintain a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment by adhering to all health and safety regulations. Exemplary Food Preparation Execute precise preparation of ingredients and cooking processes to uphold the unique taste and quality of Pret's offerings. Follow recipe guidelines to guarantee each dish is made to perfection, minimising waste and ensuring fresh deliveries are utilised efficiently. Team Leadership in the Kitchen Be a proactive member of the team, assisting with workload management and ensuring targets are met with a positive attitude. Support and motivate kitchen staff by providing feedback and recognizing achievements, fostering a collaborative work culture. Commitment to Safety and Hygiene Conduct regular checks to ensure cleanliness and compliance with safety protocols, taking corrective actions whenever necessary. Keep accurate records of safety checks and food temperature logs to ensure customer safety at all times.
