About us
The UK PropTech Association (UKPA) is a not-for-profit membership organisation set up to drive the digital transformation of the property industry by promoting engagement between PropTech and property businesses, and creating an environment conducive for PropTech innovation. We represent and promote the interests of all those that form part of the PropTech ecosystem – PropTech companies, property companies, PropTech investors and Professional Service providers. Since October 2023 the UKPA has been a part of the British Property Federation.

This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of technology, property, and innovation, fostering collaboration between public and private sector stakeholders to drive impactful outcomes in housing, regeneration, and sustainable development.
The programme includes utilising insights from the recently published State of the Market Report, driving continued engagement around its findings, organising regional roadshows, facilitating strategic roundtables, and supporting PropTech companies in scaling and integrating within the UK market.
Key Responsibilities
* Programme Management: Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all programme workstreams, ensuring milestones and objectives are met on time and within budget.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, including property firms, PropTech companies, councils, and other industry representatives, fostering collaboration and engagement.
* Report Utilisation: Leverage insights from the State of the Market Report to inform programme activities, drive engagement, and ensure findings are integrated into discussions at roadshows, roundtables, and workshops.
* Event Coordination: Plan and deliver regional roadshows, roundtables, and workshops, ensuring high-quality execution and impactful outcomes.
* Resource Management: Work closely with the Programme Coordinator and other team members to optimise resources, manage logistics, and deliver programme deliverables effectively.
* Monitoring and Evaluation: Track and report on programme KPIs, including engagement metrics, stakeholder participation, and PropTech adoption outcomes.

* Minimum of 3 years proven experience in programme/project management, ideally within property, technology, or innovation-focused programmes.
* Strong ability to manage multiple workstreams, priorities, and deadlines.
* Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience engaging with public and private sector organisations.
* Demonstrated experience in event planning and execution.
* Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of PropTech, property, or digital transformation is desirable but not essential.
* Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
