Key Responsibilities Leadership & Management : Inspire and lead teams across multiple care homes, fostering a positive culture aligned with our values. Financial Oversight : Oversee financial performance in each home, ensuring effective budget planning, cost control, and revenue generation. Sales & Revenue Targets : Manage sales teams to achieve revenue targets and enhance overall profitability. Regulatory Compliance : Ensure all care services meet the highest standards of compliance with regulatory requirements. Team Development : Coach and develop staff to enhance their skills and improve service delivery. Resident Satisfaction : Monitor and improve resident satisfaction, ensuring a high-quality experience for all residents. Key Requirements Proven track record of Good or Outstanding CQC inspections. At least 2 years of experience as Peripatetic General Manager or equivalent. NMC Pin preferred. Level 5 NVQ qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Valid driving license and access to a vehicle for travel. What We Offer Competitive Salary : Up to £90,000 per annum with the potential for a 50% salary bonus. Annual Leave : Generous package of up to 30 days (25 days plus 8 bank holidays), increasing with service length.
