Our client is a well-established office refurbishment business that has been successfully growing for 25 years through word-of-mouth and referrals. They know they’re missing a trick, and that’s why they’re looking for a practical, hands-on Marketing Manager to help them build their marketing from scratch and generate more business.

What You’ll Be Doing
1. CRM & Email Marketing – Sorting through their existing client data, setting up a proper database, and running email campaigns to keep in touch with their network.
2. Social Media & Content – Evaluating what they have, setting up the right channels, and creating engaging content that showcases what they do.
3. Lead Generation & Brand Awareness – Finding smart ways to get them in front of businesses that need office refurbishments.
4. Marketing Strategy & Execution – Helping them figure out what works, testing ideas, and laying the foundation for long-term success.
5. Collaboration – Working closely with the down-to-earth directors, who are open to change and keen to learn from your expertise.
What We’re Looking For
1. A practical, results-driven marketer who thrives in a hands-on role.
2. Experience in B2B marketing (ideally in sectors like construction, property, or professional services).
3. Strong digital marketing skills – LinkedIn, email marketing, and CRM know-how are key.
4. Someone who can balance strategy with action – they need a doer, not just a planner!
