Key Activities from the role profile. ROUTINE ACTIVITIES – Process Expert (PE) Conduct routine rounds (SQRE) and proactively report, mitigate and solve emerging issues Monitor production process (e.g. DCS, gauges …) Investigate and troubleshoot abnormal operations. Operate field equipment (e.g. valves, pumps) to perform operations tasks per SOP, SOC, special instructions (e.g. filter changes, bagging, manual activities, additions …) Collects process samples for analysis Issues safe work permits Addresses alarms, communicates needs for bypasses LOTO equipment and turn over to maintenance for repairs and participate in return to service of equipment Toolbox meeting Shift handover and takeover ROUTINE ACTIVITIES – Material Mover (MM) Receive and move raw materials to production facility/equipment Pick the materials according to production plan. Prepare raw materials and chemical supplies for production intake Verifies and validate the correct material to be used, staged, or stored Mix /weigh raw materials out according to recipe/SOC Package and label finished product Collect raw material samples for analysis Move finished product from production facility/equipment to next destination Generate or update documentation (SAP, Batch cards, Bill of Lading, etc.) Operate equipment (e.g. mixing/weighing equipment, valves, forklift, blender, pumps) House keeping of work, staging, and storage areas Previous Manufacturing experience is required. NVQ2 or NVQ3 in related manufacturing roles would be prefferable.
