Overview
Our Constellation team has a rare opportunity for a Regional Digital Business Director to lead digital strategy across 26 European markets for Samsung’s Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) business. In this role, you’ll shape how one of the world’s most iconic brands connects directly with its customers, driving growth and innovation through paid media, as well as services spanning data, owned platforms, commerce, and creative.

Responsibilities
What will you be doing?
This is a leadership role with plenty of variety. You’ll:
* Own digital strategy: Collaborate with Samsung’s European Office and local markets to drive results through search, social, and programmatic platforms, ensuring best-in-class activation and measurable ROI.
* Lead with impact: Manage key deliverables end-to-end, upskill teams across markets, and deliver standout campaigns that make a difference.
* Grow revenue pipelines: Spot and implement growth projects across paid media, data, commerce, and creative to unlock exciting new business opportunities.
* Collaborate across disciplines: Partner with experts in CRM, web analytics, commerce, and creative to deliver integrated, future-focused solutions.

Qualifications

* Regional experience is a must: You’ve worked across multiple European markets and understand the nuances of the digital landscape.
* Digital Generalist: You’ve got a strong grasp of digital strategy combined with the operational know-how to make things happen.
* Platform expertise: You know search, social, and programmatic platforms inside out and can deliver results across all three.
* Strong collaborator: You’re a pro at juggling stakeholders, keeping everyone aligned, and responding at the Speed of Samsung.
