Quantity Surveyor required by a specialist M&E contractor, responsible for the financial and commercial management of multiple projects across a varied portfolio. This role involves full oversight of contractual obligations, valuations, forecasting, and commercial support of project delivery teams. The successful candidate will ensure that services are delivered cost-effectively while identifying and closing out commercial opportunities in line with client and project requirements. Generate and analyse cost studies for materials, labour, and time pre- and post-contract. Prepare tender and contract documentation, including BoQs and schedules of rates Collaborate with estimators to ensure smooth transition from tender to delivery. Prepare, negotiate, and review costs from the supply chain for live projects and tenders. Financially close out variations in the month of completion. Oversee subcontractor contracts from procurement to completion and final account. Identify changes and additional revenue opportunities during contract delivery. Produce financial and commercial performance reports aligned with internal KPIs. Manage applications for payment, job costing, and forecasting updates. Quantity Surveyor Requirements Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within M&E contracting (Data Centre experience desirable). HND or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction, or Engineering. MRICS or working towards chartered status (preferred). Proficient in industry tools such as Asta Powerproject, Excel, SharePoint, Dynamics CRM, Anaplan, or similar.
