Job Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated assistant with previous administration, organisational and experience to join the Bury Clinical Director. As a management assistant working within the Service, you will provide administrative support to the clinical director and other managers in the service. Your duties include responding to emails, answering phone calls, staff inquiries, minute taking, organising meetings, dealing with medical rotas, and teaching and training sessions.
The hours are negotiable at 21.25 hours per week.
Main Duties of the Job
To provide admin support to the Clinical Director, ensuring accurate and efficient administrative assistance to the Medical Manager and the wider team.
